They had just finished their baths and, as she was leaving the bathroom, my younger one, Temidire, casually announced that when she builds her own school, there will be opportunities for both Primary Five graduands and S.S.3 students to have sign-outs.
Now, if you know Temidire, you’ll know that since she was very little, her dream has always been to be a teacher.
Not a lecturer.
Nothing fancy.
A teacher.
As she grew older, the dream evolved into owning a chain of schools—from Nursery to Tertiary institutions.
Even after I begged her teacher about three years ago to cajole her into coming as a doctor for their Career Day—for pictures and aesthetics purposes, of course— she refused to betray the dream 🤣.
Then last year, after I once again persuaded her to show up as a pilot for Career Day (again, for aesthetics 🤭), she started talking about joining the Air Force and all that.
But the dream of owning schools?
It remained.
Fast forward to this morning.
After her declaration that, “When I own my school, Primary Five and S.S.3 students will have sign-outs,” her sister fired back:
“The government will just close down your school.”
Without missing a beat, Madam Proprietress replied:
“I will also close down the government. They cannot try it!”
What followed was:
Blah, blah, blah…
Yen, yen, yen…
Back and forth.
Hot arguments.
Strong convictions.
For school wey dem never even build. 😂
E go be. ✌️
Happy New Month, eyin temi 🥰🥰

They dare not try it 🤣🤣🤣And that’s on a periodt👌
